UPCOMING
T-FORCE is currently developing multiple exciting tools and resources for participants to take advantage of.
These resources are being designed in coordination with the Institute’s current transit partners with the goal of providing them with the tools to upskill and train their workforce on advanced vehicle technologies.
Repository
The repository will be a one-stop-shop for agencies to find information around zero-emission and low-emission vehicles, maintenance, and training.
Member Forum
The member forum will provide users with a direct link to the other agencies. Have a question about an issue that has come up with a vehicle? Ask your fellow maintenance workers across the region and maybe someone already has the solution. The forum is meant to close silos and connect the folks across the region who are working on the same systems.
E-Learning
The T-FORCE team is currently working to build out a remote Learning Management System (LMS) that can supplement the in-person and on-the-job training that will also be provided. One benefit of the LMS is that it will help agencies who might not be able to send a technician to travel for training but can still self-pace with content online.
